Mauro 1 Shelf Storage Unit in Taupe

Mauro 1 Shelf Storage Unit in Taupe

Some colours fill a room, and colours that finish it. Taupe belongs firmly in the second category, and the Mauro 1 Shelf Storage Unit wears it with a composure that makes any space around it feel significantly more considered than it was before. Across two open compartments measuring 38.2 cm wide, 72.8 cm tall, and 32.9 cm deep, the smooth matt taupe finish brings a refined neutrality that is anything but passive. This is a colour with genuine depth to it, sitting in that confident zone between warm and cool where rooms stop feeling assembled and start feeling designed. At 13 kg, the unit has real physical substance, standing on a floor with the kind of quiet authority that makes it look permanent from day one. The matte surface absorbs light, giving the taupe a softness that invites the eye to settle rather than skate straight past it. Two cubes at this height change the geometry of a room in the most satisfying way.
